Jeanette and I went to the local track in Dieppe and tried Griff on for size. You should definitely check out the track. It’s off of Centrale Street in Chartersville.

For time:
Run 800 meters
Run 400 meters backwards
Run 800 meters

Clocked in a time of 10:25 (down from 13:17). Felt good, but could have pushed harder on the first 800m.
After a short rest, I tried for a PR on a 400m. Time was 1:04 (down from 1:11).
I may not be able to deadlift a bear, but I can certainly outrun one!

Then Kevin decided we should sprint 400m for time…
This was my first time setting a PR for 400m – 1:21
It took us just as long to recover from the sprint as it did from “Griff.” I can’t wait to try this when I’m fresh.
Kevin, you killed it! Sub 60secs next time for sure!!!
