    Scaled to 800 forward and 400 backward as I was above time to finish under the cap and ow my thighs hurt in places that have never hurt before.

    That was ridiculous, my legs were so tight running backwards… I think I could have pushed harder on the forward runs. I don’t have much confidence in my running or cardio…. Need to jeep doing these silly running wod’s….
