    Did a few sets, and got to 36!.. a +2 PR!

    Now I have to work on breathing while skipping (good tip Jeff).

    I seem to have misplaced my skipping rope. Had it on Monday, but don’t remember seeing it after that. It’s in a black bag. My name is not on it, but if you look inside there is likely some ’tissues’ 🙂

    I was happy to get through this, at the time, but now that I see the crazy fast times that everyone else is posting, I am a bit disappointed in my time. Toes to bar got me big time. 1st round felt great. Then it all went to hell, starting in round 2. Definitely needs more work.
