Grab a partner

Complete all 1500 reps with a partner. Only one partner can be working at a time. You may do the workout in any order, but you must complete the whole exercise before moving onto the next.

1000 Skips
100 Burpees
100 Situps
100 Pushups
100 Squats
100 Pullups

  1. Partnered with Jeff on this one, Great team work. Thankfully, Jeff carried my sorry butt through the pull ups. Getting the burpees out of the way early was a good call.

    Thanks for carrying my sorry butt Jo. That was the closest I’ve ever come to tapping out during a workout — room was spinning during the burpees. Great effort everyone, nice to see a big crowd on Saturday.
