    started to do my overhead squats facing the wall to improve on technique.

    Strength: Shoulder Press * 1

    65/ 75/ 85/ 95/ 105 PR/ 115 PR. The 115 was with some dancing but I did muscle it up. Thanks Gabrielle for the tips and encouragement. The stomach bump was unexpected though!
