    WOD @ a slow paste, love the KBS. First time doing KBS #30 in a WOD 🙂 The word “Bupees” makes my heart melt for so many reasons. First, I could barely breath during the WOD, throat was on fire. Second, I cough all the way home. Sounds like love at first sight. Thanks Gabrielle for the tips w the shoulder press 🙂

    I went to 2 different Waltmarts today to get the famous pedipaw ‘as seen on TV’ and they were both sold out!! I think everybody took your advice Kevin and ran to Walmart today. Anyway I got another one, it was a bit more expensive but it’s great. Bye bye calluses. What a funny word!
