    1. oooh, good question – I was going to look into getting one too. I think Santa is all done his shopping for me though and I may have to get one myself!

    2. It’s the revolution rope and it looks like they’re out of stock till Dec 10. Their shipping isn’t the fastest either, but worth it, I love my rope.

      1. Seems like the one you have is the newest model…but the other one is probably good too, I’m thinking?

      2. I have both at the gym. The revolution rope spins very well. I find the speed rope gets caught up too much. But try them both. I guarantee you’ll like the revolution rope better.

  7. sorry – i completely forgot that i have a self induced torture session with the lovely ms. picard, i won’t be able to make my 415. and oh my, are my hamstrings going to be the death of me on that table! damn you weighted good mornings!

    A 4 minute PR roughly. Last time took me more than 30 minutes so great improvement!
    Pull ups – 7 minutes
    push ups – almost 14 minutes
    sit ups – 3 minutes
    squats – 2:30 minutes

    Overall not to shabby but push ups could do with some work. My arms were fried after those pull ups though. Oh well another great WOD completed! Next workout will be this one and awesome scores guys and gals!

    My total is a bit deceiving, as my weight on the shoulder press was very light (should have been at 50#), but presses are really irritating my arm at the moment.
