    Score = 21 + 19= 40 burpees total (10 burpee PR)

    WOD 3 for maritime mayhem with Elba and Mel!

    Score = 4 rounds + 5 goblet squats = 117 reps

    35-75-85-95-105# (20# PR for 10 reps)

    2 rounds of:35 push ups
    35 sit up get ups with 25# plate (did 1 legged pistol get ups cause my bad knee can’t bend that much)

    I dont know my time but my legs and shoulders are burning!
