  1. I had no real plans walking in..
    So I made it up as I went along ..
    8-10 rounds (lost count)
    10 wallballs 12#
    10 Kipping swings – which turned Into knee raises, jumping pullups, or negatives (I was rolling with it)
    5 Pushups (perfect ones to make Kevin proud! 😂)
    Then I did 200m ‘sprints’ (moving as quickly as possible?) With 40# ruck and 1 minute rest in between.. 1:07, 1:05, 1:06, 1:06, 1:06
    It was interesting anyway!

    1. Just realized my ‘sprints’ should have been phrased ‘moved with purpose’.. Cadre Kevin’s favorite phrase.. 🙄
      Forgot to shout out to coach Ron for letting us hang out!
