    1. Skipping, did a couple of DU’s, and whipped myself a lot.
    2. Planks

    Practice 1/4 TGU, the leg sweep is still an issue

  6. EMOM 20mins
    Min 1- push ups
    Min 2- T2B; swapped to skipping about halfway so I wouldn’t tear my hands open
