    I don’t even know what to say – 20 ring dips and 2 weeks ago I had none. So here’s the thing that I can’t get over: no matter where you start, how long you’ve been bumbling along, or where you’re at, positive change is right there if you want to grab it. Trust the programming, trust the coaching, trust that change will happen.

    And if you can get a gaggle of your noisiest friends to give up part of their Saturday and cheer you on, then you’ve discovered the power of Crossfit.
