    Went with a lighter med ball since Kevin said the first round should be unbroken and I kept missing the target in the warmup. Missed a few during the WOD too, was having an uncoordinated day I guess! Could go with a 10 or 12# ball next time.

    I walked a bit on the last farmers carry and my sit ups were not always fast as possible. I was gassed from this workout. Farmer carries are the worst part of this workout
