    So the big question is… What night do we want to make the “Unofficial CF Moncton Night at the Theatre”?

    Preview Night on Nov. 10 or one of the others Nov. 11-12-13-14? I know we’re all very busy, so this is just to put the thought out there, maybe we can put it to vote on the board @ the gym? Who knows, the script might have them say the “C” word!! Ah the suspense. πŸ˜‰

    Deadlifts felt really HEAVY!! I fought to keep a good form…that’s why my time is slow…lol

    1. Late June June/09. Time 6:21 so 40 Sec. improvement πŸ™‚ Though today I might have done the 3rd round twice? Guess I’ll figure it out next time this WOD comes up. That was also the round I just about tripped Kevin while I was in burpee mode. Ha!
