First time doing squat snatch. I was a little nervous when I started, as I have only gotten to 55# for OHS so wasn’t sure how I was going to make out with more weight over head.
Went down to 70 to work on form. Thank you Jo and Pat for helping me with technique.

Built up to 155, failed at 160.
Haven’t done anything and ate crap for a week, so pretty happy with this.

Built up to 150 for a PR of 5#. Didn’t try any higher.
