    Worked my way up to 55#, tried for 60# failed. Kept the weight low to work on form.

    Haven’t done anything and ate crap for a week, so pretty happy with this.

    First time doing squat snatch. I was a little nervous when I started, as I have only gotten to 55# for OHS so wasn’t sure how I was going to make out with more weight over head.

    15×5, 25×5, 35×5, 45×5, 50×3, 55×3, 60×3, 65×2, 70×2, 75 (f), 75 (f), 75×2, 70×5

    Went down to 70 to work on form. Thank you Jo and Pat for helping me with technique.

    35 x 5, 40 x 5, 45 x 3, 50 x 2, 55 x 2, 60 x 1, 70 x 2 and then I tried many times to practice better form with 70 lbs but just did not not happen for me today I kept falling, need to work on my form, more practice :)!!
