Kevin December 15, 2016 at 11:30 am Joined Remi in the OG. WOD with 45# ruck (except doubles) 6 + 100′ Lunges I thought this wouldn’t be as hard on the shoulders, but the ruck pounded them on the bear crawls. All but 1 round unbroken. Sorry you had to see my dance moves Tara. #notsorry
