    Pushup form started to breakdown in the last round or so as I was doing them on closed fists (wrist issues). After yesterdays WOD, 135# was probably a bit too heavy but I got through them.

    Nice to see you at a Nooner Jeff. Tried to keep pace with you but that last round killed me.

They are a challenge for me and the lack of fruit this week has also been a struggle. I appreciate all the support and help.     I haven’t done squats in my strength rotation in a while so I started with 2 sets of 5 with a stick then 3 sets of 5 with the 10# pipe. Left knee won’t bend as low as my right one but it’s better than it was a few weeks ago πŸ™‚

    Last time: exact same time (whaaaat?!), but pushups were on my knees and I had 75#. It’s not huge progress over two years but I’m happy with it for today πŸ™‚

    I used a band to help my push-ups from toes so no Rx on this one. My power cleans were all unbroken except last set 6-4. My abs are so sore from Annie I couldn’t even do a regular push-up in warm up. Hurts so good.
