Yesterday, Joanna and I met with a few other CrossFit owners for a few hours. We were going to talk about the upcoming Sectionals, but we don’t yet have enough information from “the top”. All we know is that Sectionals will be held over a 6-week period. People have the option of videotaping the workouts and sending in their submissions to be evaluated. The other option is to go to a ‘registered affiliate’ to compete, which is basically your own gym. When we are given more information, you will be the first to know.
However, we did have great discussions about our respective affiliates, best practices, fundamentals, strength rotations, and scaling, amongst other things. It’s nice to hear what others gyms are doing, picking up a few tips or tricks, and bringing it back home. I had a great time sharing ideas and having conversations with the awesome trainers from other boxes. Can’t wait to do it again.

In 10 minutes, do 200 double unders. With the remaining time, AMRAP of 10 Thrusters and 20 Lunges.
