  2. Open gym, Wu, crossover symmetry,  some mobility. Then Amanda Dan and I did the Karen challenge. You get 6 mins to complete 150 wall balls. 

    10# ball 5:58.

    5 SOH at 125lbs
    10 deadlifts at same weight
    15 step ups with 24″
    Total 5 sets plus 5 SOH

    1000m rowing for team 6

    Also did 7 pull ups at once( these will need work)
    Still can’t get toes to bar once but it’s close
