    I got my first muscle up last night, woohoo…!!!! Felt great, was still dancing when I got home hehe! Just goes to show that when you set your mind on something, work hard at it, it’s within reach;)

    This was a hard one both physically and mentally. No matter how hard I pushed, I just couldn't see the end of it. Good job everyone!

    Holy shit!!!!!!! Really tough workout. I think it would have been very mean to make everyone do 29 burpees after that workout. They can do 29 for Jane’s birthday in December. What do you think Jane?

    I got to the round of 75’s and finished 53 pullups until the 25min max.
