    Practice Squat Snatch up to 85# (felt pretty good considering I haven’t done these in a while) Tried #95, got under but couldn’t stand up.

    Only got to 5 of the 7 muscle ups. Muscleups were not my friend this morning and I’m pretty sure I was still half asleep. Oh well!
