QOD: I try to exercise on vacation. It’s not that I fear I will suddenly undo all my past training, but usually to clear my head and get a little sweat on. It’s just maintaining the habit.
Jogging, or some made-up WOD in the hotel gym. One-hand dumbbell cleans/snatches, burpees/pushups, squats…there’s usually something I can throw together to get a nice quick workout.
That being said if I don’t workout I don’t feel that guilty about it.
