QOD: I would say somewhere in my late 20’s. It is hard to say because I am in better shape now then I have ever been at any age.
Well that went to hell really fast hahaha! Both a skipping WOD and bench press yesterday did NOT help. Still liked it tho. Havent done OHS in a WOD in a long time it seems.

I know. I can’t imagine where I would be if I started this 10 years ago.
