I typically always wear th same thing. If there is DU in the WOD then ill have a french braid so my hair doesnt get caught in the rope and some specific shirts so they done ride up.

QOD: I usually wear some kind of headband or bandanna. Sweat + Eyes = Suck. Compression shorts are great for comfort when competing as well.

QOD – my feed ached after every class the first two weeks, until I switched to Vibram FiveFingers. I absolutely love them, and my feet feel awesome!
Also, if I’m doing deadlifts or cleans, since Vibrams mean I can’t wear knee socks, compression pants are essential to save the skin on my shins 🙂
