    Wod as posted for purple with 20# MEd ball.

    Walked about 50m on the 6 and 800.
    Burpees unbroken and steady
    Broke one set of medball cleans to 10,5,5

    No glasses on that run…rainy and slippery.

    Bedtime is 9 PM, but occasionally later as I do yoga classes from 8-9 PM when I can.

    Walked a bit during the 600 and 800m runs. Not sure how much distance I covered walking.

    Completed @ 28:42 mins
    This was a tough one…but felt great after!!

    My bedtime is usually around 9:30pm but can end up later sometimes.

    You were right Shane, the WOD sucked (big time). After I died in the first round, I quickly modified the rest. I learned today that med ball running is my least fav activity (and I love running). So awkward.

    4 rounds:
    200m Med Ball walk/jog (10#)
    8 burpees (best part of this WOD)
    16 Med Ball Cleans (10#)

    First sweat droplets of the year appeared on my forehead (humidity & all), much to the delight of Ingrid. 🤗
