    Legs felt like jello. Normally do the 4pm workouts but the turn around from 4pm yesterday to 7 am today was tough.

    1. I was 39 seconds slower this time and only did 15 barhops compared to July 🙄 only thing I can figure is this time I actually hopped over the bar and in July I must have stepped a lot 🤷‍♀️

    The bar hops were the toughest, I almost ate shit 2 or 3 times 🤣
    The 95 lbs felt right, went unbroken but not without some struggle on the last round.
