Weightlifting: Did a EMOM complex… deadlift, deadlift/shrug, power clean, squat clean

Power Cleans – Did 125# again, had a few seconds to try 130# and failed. Not enough time to try again
Kettlebell – did 12 – 35# sntaches/minute but quit around round 6. Was mad at myself initially but my wrists are still barely functional so guess it was a good call! Need to work on technique or something
