    DB rows from bench 4 x 10 per side (30/35/35/35)

    D-Ball carry + hold – 100#. All one minute holds except one round, which was 30 seconds because I didn’t have a good grip on the ball.

  14. 3 Rounds of this….Just GROSS!
    Was a bit pale coming home afterwards. Had to spend some time relaxing on the couch with a coffee before hitting the shower to keep Pukie at bay.
