Deck the Balls

Deck of death, with a partner, using med ball movements:
Hearts = Partner Wall Balls (back and forth = 1 rep)
Diamonds = Partner Med Ball Situps (back and forth = 1 rep)
Clubs = Med Ball Step-ups (each partner does card)
Spades = 6’ Squat Pass (back and forth = 1 rep)
Jokers – 250m Row each, while partner hangs from pull-up bar with med ball)

    8# Med ball, 20” box
    Completed both jokers (back to back)
    2 cards left @ time cap = 11 reps

    Did knee raises with me ball sub for sit ups
    He used some heavy ball lol

    At time cap we had a card for 3 wall balls so we finished it. Probably 35:10 if I was guessing

    With Heidi – 88 reps left, got both Jokers though…that was fun. I think a fair amount of time was lost on transition back and forth past the rowers to do our wall balls.

  6. Partnered with Marcel and used 14# and 20” box

    12 reps and row left at cap (had 6 of 10 squat passes, row and 6 sit-ups left)
