    This one felt pretty decent until round 5…then I felt like my heart was going to burst out of my chest. Glad I took it a little easy on the pushups, was rough on my wrist.

    Min 1 – 1 round of Cindy (scaled to 4,8,12 of pull ups . Pushups and squats to ensure could get it done)
    Min 2 – 75 singles
    Min 3 – 10 Push Press 65#
    Min 4 – 15 KBS 35#
    Min 5 – 15/12 cal Bike. Pretty close to getting this each round. Tracker wasn’t always going

    What a fun workout !! Needed this!!

    I would be terrible at being a teacher. I give kudos to ALL the teachers out there, y’all deserve a medal (which still isn’t enough for what you do)

    Min 2 – 50 Double Unders (sometimes only made it to 40+)
    Min 3 – 10 Push Press (55#)

    Min 5 – 15/12 cal Bike (only hit 12 the first round. Following rounds started late and were much, much slower)
    Min 6 – Rest

    This was one of the hardest WODs I’ve ever done, I think. The bike went downhill quickly.

    Min 2 – 75 single Unders
    Min 3 – 10 Push Press (95#)

    Completed 3 rounds as per above and scaled back for last 2 rounds with 4-8-12 cindy 50 single unders and 8 cal bike

  11. Rx for the first 2 rounds, then had to scale:

    8 PU
    Round 3 only completed 40 DU
    2 rounds of 10 cals, 1 round of 8 for the bike.

    I went downhill fast…Rounds 3-5 were pure torture.
    Whoever came up with this one is pure evil!

    min 3 10 push press 75# – less than 30 sec
    min 4 15 KBS 53 # – 35-45 sec
    min 5 cal bike all 12 cal – abot 50 sec of actual biking – 1st ones about 10 seconds or so to spare last 2 rounds on the minute 😛
    min 6 rest

  14. EMOM for 30 min
    Min 1 – 1 round of Cindy (3rd round had to switch to ring rows and KBS due to sore arms and side stitch, 4th had to switch to knee push ups)
    Min 2 – 50 Double Unders (75 SU)
    Min 3 – 10 Push Press @ 95#
    Min 4 – 15 KBS @53#
    Min 5 – 15/12 cal Bike (1st round was 15 Cals, rest were 7+ which sucked just as much)
    Min 6 – Rest
