    10. Because it’s not lifting.
    9. Because it makes all my bend-y parts hurt.
    8. Because I don’t get very far very fast.
    7. Because moms with strollers pass me.
    6. Because they won’t serve you when you run through the drive-thru at Starbucks.
    5. Because it sounds like a wooly mammoth hurrying.
    4. Because it’s the golfing of fitness (the ultimate way to ruin a perfectly good walk).
    3. Because “time cap”.
    2. Because I have a perfectly good car.
    And the #1 reason I hate running…
    Because no one should have to see that!

  7. I love the freedom of running but I think the reason some don’t like running is they feel insecure about time/ distance/how they look etc…because we compare ourselves to others. Someone is always faster😍….Once you learn to relax and enjoy any distance at any pace, (and tell yourself you like to run) you could start to believe it!!!. This is advice for Heather because I love your spirit!!
