    10 DB Snatch (50#) – steady, pick from the floor for each rep
    5 Strict C2B Pullups – all singles

  5. QOD: to be more consistent and finding a balance that works for me. (Nutrition, activity, down time, friend/family time, working less, etc). It might take me more than 4 months to figure it out it but I’ll eventually get there!
