What’s your favourite summer treat?

With a single kettlebell (70/53#):
21 Turkish get-ups, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Left arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Turkish get-ups, Left arm

This is a HEAVY workout and one that most everyone will scale in some way. Remember to leave your ego at the door.

      1. I think that was a pretty good time actually. I looked on the crossfit website and the best time is just over 25 minutes rx

    Rest were within time.
