  6. Janet and I showed up for 6pm OG and tackled a GORUCK partner wod for the month of August
    400m sandbag carry (60#)
    Then
    300 Ruck swing
    300 Sit ups
    200 Lunges
    200 OH Shoulder press
    Then
    400m sandbag carry (60#)
    We forgot to set the clock, but figure our time was around 50:35 (30# ruck)

    One food for the rest of my life? Thats an easy one..
