  5. 2019 Goals:
    – Consistent pull ups
    – Stay on track with nutrition (already off to a good start with returning to work and moving away from my kitchen cupboards all day).
    – Spartan race with Heather/Amanda/Nick – hopefully in Vermont in September!! Need to make plans.
    – Continue to model a healthy lifestyle for the girls <3

    Tried to keep it at around 1:55 as much as possible.
