I’m super happy with that.. wall balls are my arch nemesis and there are a hundred-and-#$%&@!-fifty-of-them. I was quite certain I was only getting 4 rounds in. Kevin reminded us that in order to finish we’d have to make sure each round was under 6 minutes so I did my first round nice & slow and it was under 5 so I kept that pace for the whole thing, aiming to finish in 20. The key for me was pacing the wall balls.. I could feel Kevin’s eyes boring into the back of my head every time I took 2 & a half minutes to do my 30 wall balls but it worked 🙂

I should clarify.. when I said my rounds were slow – I wasn’t going at a leisurely pace. I needed an extra 15 seconds of rest on my last set of wall balls to avoid puking. The pace was right. 😉
