    I’m super happy with that.. wall balls are my arch nemesis and there are a hundred-and-#$%&@!-fifty-of-them. I was quite certain I was only getting 4 rounds in. Kevin reminded us that in order to finish we’d have to make sure each round was under 6 minutes so I did my first round nice & slow and it was under 5 so I kept that pace for the whole thing, aiming to finish in 20. The key for me was pacing the wall balls.. I could feel Kevin’s eyes boring into the back of my head every time I took 2 & a half minutes to do my 30 wall balls but it worked 🙂

    1. I should clarify.. when I said my rounds were slow – I wasn’t going at a leisurely pace. I needed an extra 15 seconds of rest on my last set of wall balls to avoid puking. The pace was right. 😉

    QOD: Easiest question ever! I don’t like, and therefore don’t drink coffee, and I drink alcohol like twice a year.
    Now if the question was “Would you rather give up cookies or pizza?”, there would be some real soul searching going on to come up with an answer😜hahahahaha!

    The wallballs got Shitty on the shoulders which makes me jump harder which gasses me more… A little disappointed in my wallballs, but a good workout!!!

  9. QOD : I rarely drink alcohol and I only have 1-2 coffee per week. I could give up either one.

    I started with a 10# ball and couldn’t get to 12 reps unbroken in the first round. Switched to 8# and they went much better… Until Kevin started casually talking about switching my ball to heavier because I was throwing too high…
