For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Finish one move before going on to the next. Break those up into manageable chunks. Especially the pull-ups and pushups. You have a 25 min cap.
Option – AMRAP in 20 minutes with 10 reps of each movement.
The option will give you a chance to get all the movements in, keeps you moving, and you’re less likely to rip your hands on the pull-ups!

AMRAP option with ring rows

Did 3 rounds push ups from toes, rest from 20″ box
QOD: Cold. You can always put on more clothes. But there’s only so much you can take off before it get awkward.
Angie – 19:06 (24 sec off PR from 2009)
Pullups – 6:58 (hands were tearing, mix of butterfly, kip, and singles)
Pushups – 12:56 (best they’ve ever felt, 10’s to 50, then 6+4 for the rest)
Situps – 17:10 (slow)
Squats – 19:06
2018 – AMRAP IN 20 mins.
All push-ups from toes. 8 rounds and 10 push-ups = 340 reps. PR?
2017 @ 18 weeks pregnant. 9 rounds and 6 ring rows @ 20 minutes = 366 reps. 24″ box for push-ups, knee raises instead of sit-ups.
2016 – 7 rounds and 13 reps. PU from toes for first 4 (?) rounds. Then from knees. = 293 reps.
WOD: Angie – time cap at 25 min
100 Pullups (kipped them and the kips get getting worse in form as the WOD progressed – took me about 12 mins to finish this section)
100 Pushups (tough section – forearms were toast)
100 Situps (with abmat – these went pretty well)
100 Squats (these went pretty well too)
Completed 87 situps at the cap, but I finished anyways.

QOD: extreme heat. I wasn’t meant to live in this climate
QOD: I would ALWAYS choose extreme cold. I hate being too hot and you can always add sweaters and blankets when you’re cold.
