  3. Needed to do something quick and effective this morning so I picked one of my all time favs…

    Of all the times I’ve done this, I’ve alway gone unbroken on OHS…today I came dangerously close to breaking that streak. Quads are still a mess lol. However, I somehow pulled out a PR even though it did not feel like a PR pace.

    First round set the tone for the remaining rounds….Not sustainable. Only complete 1 v-snap RX in the second round, then slowing worked my way from ankles to knees..haha
