  1. So I think you have 104 tutorial videos of the move variation. So if its a monostructual WOD then your odds aren’t too bad but if it’s a couplet or triplet and I win then I’m off to the casino.
    I’m gonna say DL and pull ups.

  7. I think deadlifts and pullups too Marc.

    Today I did 12.4. Wallballs are not my friend. I only got 43. Then I redid it and got 50. I will pay for that tomorrow I am sure. Good luck tomorrow everyone.

    OH well I just assumed if there were pullups, that they would be chest to bar pullups!

      2. So, in the case of a “Burpee Bet”(tm), when two athletes owe each other burpees (i.e. me and Nath), the burpees dont cancel each other out… Lovely πŸ˜›

    I think that’s my score, I don’t have my book. All I remember is that, as Maria said, it was GROSS! Happy to have it done!

    New on my to do list.. DU, apparently doing them one at a time is not very efficient? Who knew? Lol. Had a week away from xfit, not entirely sure that this was the optimum WOD to start back on! In fact I’m freakin sure it isn’t! And tomorrow will likely solidify that! 6 hours of flying in cramped air Canada seats, yay!

    I think Marc nailed it with his guess of DL & pull ups, but since that guess is taken, I’ll go with
    Push Ups, Cleans, & Chest to Bar Pull Ups.

    Not sorry I missed today’s WOD, and a bit scared for tomorrows.

    102 wall balls 9′ and 14#

    Had hoped to reach a couple DUs but considering I’ve only ever done 10 at a time with 6# in fundamentals, I’ll take it as a success and look forward to hitting Karen in he future to compare!!
    Learning to accept the baby steps, slowly and stubbornly πŸ™‚
