    Thought I was gonna puke the last two rounds but I didn’t…. then I went to work and puked anyways… guess the stomach bug got me :(!

    WOD: with 200m runs and 25lb sandbag:

    Round 1: 2.43min
    Round 2: 3.25min
    Round 3: 3.35min
    Round 4: 3:43min
    Round 5: 3:24min

    Lunges were sloppy but getting better at this running thing!

    Hit a wall around halfway through the first round of Sandbag cleans and it all went downhill after that. Yesterday’s pistols weren’t helping either 😉 . Glad I finished though (if you can call it finishing since I missed some reps!)

  9. I need to learn my lesson and row instead of attempting to run.

    Workout thought summary:

    4:40 -400m lost my breath completely after getting a PR on the running 2:18 Still breathing heavy & heart racing 25 min after finishing this wod.
    3:45 -200m might be having a stroke
    3:28 -200m note to self wear gloves, save bloody knuckles
    3:56 -200m im not crying my eyes are sweating…
    3:50 -200m ok yeah im crying its helping me catch my breath ok

    Didn’t puke!

    Best time was I think 3:40 and worst time 4:25. Tried to do the runs with Rx sandbag and 10 reps for cleans & Squats for lunges with bad knee.

    The whole thing was terrible, all I can say about it is that I showed up 😒.
