With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

QOD: When I was young(er) and stupid(er) I went into a Fear Factor contest downtown Moncton.. ate raw eggs, live maggots (like big ones that you had to crunch/chew, otherwise their asshole little legs would get stuck in your throat when you swallowed them. The maggots were bouncing around on the plate and we pretty much had to catch them to get them in our mouth.), cooked/cold cows tongue, and big nightcrawler worms. *GAG*. I was on a team and we won… but just barely because I gagged and gagged on the cow’s tongue and almost barfed it up on the stage. Managed okay with the maggots, strangely enough….

    I think I screwed that up because I should have kept going, as I just got the 10th rep in at :59 seconds and then round 11 began immediately after. So gross and awesome. Barbell workouts are fun🙂

    QOD: I’ve never been in a food eating contest, but I would definitely enter one with either pizza, cookies or tacos.

    QOD: only amongst friends and only for bragging rights, I have lost terribly at a chicken wing eating contest and a McDonald’s hamburger contest. I still managed to put away 3 baskets of wings because I went after a WOD hahaha.

    I think if it was cookies though I’d have it in the bag!

    I struggled in the strength with the 75#, so I went with 65# for the wod.
    Not one if my favorite movements but I enjoyed tackling the suck..

    1. An eating contest I would surely lose! I am the slowest eater of anyone I know it seems.. Although, with a head start, I can put a good dent in some dark chocolate.. 🙊
