    I didn’t have the highest expectations going in to this wod but I’ve never been soo happy with my performance since Fran, form the challenge. Major cofedence booster. Kevin’s tips reminded me of the first time attempting the Squat Snatch when Pat was explaining how to get under the weight.

    Probably wont try this wod again on Sunday but I would like to build upon the technique up to 120# or so.

  7. QOD: Basic movements that anyone can do. May be even a combo of some basic movements. Definitely do not want to see any wall balls.

    QOD Please dear God, no overhead squats Anything else I am okay with.

    1. I 2nd the OHS sentiment – and at least for 12.3 – no deadlifts or box jumps! Maybe by 12.5 I’ll be flexible enough again πŸ™‚

    Pull-ups and Handstand Push-ups and Double Unders. Skills I know I will improve over time but wouldn’t mind avoiding for the games πŸ˜‰
