You’re going to have to pace this one well, or you’ll be in trouble later. Break up the reps well ahead of failure. In case you didn’t do the math, it’s 475 reps.

    Any of the Disney ones are hard to beat. If you are there, GO see them no matter how tired you are. They are worth it 🙂

  12. Butchard gardens Victoria. And the magical kingdom on New Year’s Eve. Once upon a time we initiated some fireworks on some neighbors lawn. Also good when your 16

    100 lunges – crappily painful
    75 push presses – 45 pounds easy breezy
    50 box jumps – gruellingly slow
    25 pull ups. Surprisingly better than I thought
    50 hand release push ups. Not bad
    75 sit ups. No problem
    100 squats. Yuck. Big man does not like to hinge at hips

    1. Best fireworks.. I have two.. We went to Houlton years ago and they gave us special fireworks 3D glasses, I had those glasses for years! The other is a Disney show set to music.. So. Amazing!

    Only finished 98 Lunges and 40 box jumps. All others finished. Thought the pushups would be my worst but it was the sit-ups that did me in.

    1. Oh and best fireworks I’d have to say was at Surgarloaf in Maine for New Years. They weren’t anything major but standing on a ski hill watching was kind of cool.
