(do 6 alternating lunges with the weight in one hand, then 6 in the other hand)

Last time we did this workout, we used kettlebells. You have the option today to use them, or dumbbells. There’s no Rx weight, so choose wisely. You also have to have the same weight for both hands (in case you were going to ask).

  3. QOD – Does the Matterhorn count? Highest elevation I’ve ever been to. We hiked the base. In a cloud. Never been standing in a cloud? It’s very wet. If not then Katahdin for actual climbing to the top.
