  4. QOD – I don’t have a snooze button because I never set an alarm. I magically wake up at the same time every day. No matter what day or where I am. It’s a blessing and a curse.

  5. How many times do you hit the snooze button?
    Rarely use the alarm, I’m usually up before it goes off. But if it does go off, no snoozing. My wife on the other hand has some sort of snooze system were she hits it 3-4 times and then gets up. I’ve seen her miss count and then it’s PANIC TIME!! 😀

  8. QOD: Never in my life have I ever pushed the snooze button. Yet, I was married to a chronic snooze button pusher and Dan also does the same thing. It’s ridiculous.
    I have two scenarios:
    1. I set my alarm. It goes off. I get up.
    2. I set my alarm. I wake up before it goes off. I get up.

  9. I don’t have an alarm clock to hit the snooze button! I have a weird internal clock that wakes me up at 530, and two cats that circle my bed like sharks waiting for breakfast , making any extra snoozing impossible! I’m still learning how all these WOD times and workouts work, all I can say is I had a blast as usual (even though lunges apparently aren’t my thing!) Thanks Kevin!

  11. QOD: I don’t use a snooze button either, I have one of those sunrise wake up lights that brightens over the course of 20 mins. So if I’m not up by then well it just wasn’t meant to be.

    WOD with 25# plate. Ring planks were horizontal
    Time = 7:20

    I set the alarm for 5:15 to go to gym ( I am NOT one of you weirdos that just automatically wake up with a smile on my face without an alarm). I usually hit the snooze once, but then get up before it goes again in 9 minutes….I have a cranky pants in bed beside me that doesn’t like it when it goes the 2nd time 🙂
