  3. Love live theatre! Actually had a chance to watch part of a rehearsal for Richard III when I was at the Globe Theatre in London. Very cool.

    Deadlifts
    Warm up @120# then had to stop for elbow injury 🙁

    WOD: Modified with Sit-ups for K2E

    DU’s: 100 grrrr (only got 2 reps in round 4)

    Strangely I liked this one (even after working on Burpees yesterday). Love to see what will happen once the double-unders get back on track. Definitely doing this one again.
