Looks long, but it’s deceiving. The majority of your time will be spent on the C&J’s, as they’re pretty heavy. Keep the air squats at a steady, but quick pace. The skipping should be unbroken (if possible). And try to touch-and-go a few reps for each set of the C&J’s. I’m predicting fast times will be around the 8 min mark.

  17. Hey everyone! This is my first time posting so not sure if I’m writing in the right place… I’m in the prep course and our homework last night was to post our achievement. I had one 400m row and a total of 144 in the Deck of Death (suiting title since I swear all 144 were burpees! lol :p). It felt awesome though!

    C & J were heavy. Only the 1st 3 in the 1st round were touch & go. Then 1 at at time. Breaks between each were too long.

    Really liked this one!
