  7. QOD: Not Guilty based on the Documentary. I guess there are people that say there were some facts left out of the documentary. But the facts that were presented should have lead to a mistrial from the start.

    Waaaay harder than it looked on paper. My leg on the C & J’s were toast and I was so gassed on the lift. This WOD kicked my butt, but I still LOVE clean & jerks 🙂
