What are you thankful for?

I get to wake up every day, hang out with friends at a gym and help people change their lives. And because of every single member at the gym, I am thankful I can make a living off of what I do. I’m able to provide for my family, put food on the dinner table and make sure my daughter can join activities. So thank you for all of your support!

  1. I’m thankful for many things, but especially my health and my family. Having our daughter has made me value the relationships I have with everyone that I’m close to and to make sure that not too much time passes between visits to the most important people.

    I’m also thankful that I took the plunge and joined CrossFit Moncton. In 3.5 short months, I have seen dramatic improvements in my strength and mobility. Even more importantly, I have made new friends and my confidence has blossomed. I never, ever thought I would drink the CrossFit kool-aid, but here I am… Loving it and trying to get other friends to join. And I’m super excited that my husband joined at the same time and is seeing the same amazing changes!

    QOD: I’m thankful for my family and all of the opportunities and support they’ve always given me. I’m thankful for the help that has been so easy to seek be it in sports, school or other. Finally, I’m thankful for CFM for showing me I could do thinks I never have thought I could.

    Things I am thankful for:

    That my children are growing up into people that I am proud to know.
    That my parents are well enough to still do the things they love.
    That I have a partner who makes me laugh and listens without judgement.
    That I am strong and have the physical ability to do things for myself.
    That I have three loyal companions in the form of our three awesome dogs.

    On a side note, I am thankful for anyone who chooses to serve their community under circumstances that would make most of us run and hide. Thank you Codiac RCMP, firefighters, first responders and search and rescue.

    I am thankful for so much. Family, friends, & good health are at the top of the list. Sounds cliche, but there is a reason for that.
