QOD: I honestly don’t think I really have a “favourite” place to eat. I like nachos at the Fox N Hound. Pizza at Norm’s. Fried clams at Bel Air. Noodles at Red Satay Grill. Osaka Hibachi is good too.
This was by far the worse half hour of my life! So many no reps on wallballs, OH lunges felt horrible. Pure torture! But a fun nooner as usual!

100′ OH lunges with 25# plate. (Tough on the arms. especially in 2nd, 34d, & 4th rounds)
30 Box Jumps – 20″ box: 1st box jump in round 1 almost took me out. I didn’t account for the wobbly lunge legs. These were brutal
20 Wall Balls – 14″ @ 10′ – Completed in sets of 5. These sucked so bad π and almost swaped out for a lighter ball, but stuck with it.
HSPU with 10# plate + ab mat – Best movement of the WOD.
At 30 min. time cap completed 3 rounds + lunges + box jumps + 2 wall balls.
What a sweaty mess. I’ve never been so happy to see the time cap run out. That said…. fun one and I still love you Blake π
