Friday’s QOD

The Hopper is one sleep away. What movement DON’T you want to see come out of the Hopper?

Reminder that there are no afternoon or evening classes today. If you have some free time, we’ll be meeting at the gym at 3:30 to start the moving process. We have enough trucks, we just need hands. After that, we’ll be at the AJL Arena in Dieppe.

  1. QOD: I think I have finally reached the point where I am comfortable doing all the movements. Now that being said burpees, skipping and given my current shoulder issues hang lifts would be Ok to not show. And no Thrusters… ok, maybe I am not so comfortable after all!

Whatever comes out it will be a very fun day and I encourage everyone to stop by and check things out!

  2. Was just planning to come in to do light stuff due to the Hopper tomorrow but decided to do the class and keep the WOD easy pace.

Have not done this since July 2011 and today I took a slower pace. Would like ot do this again at normal pace to really compare.

    Great work 6am peeps!

QOD: I would be THRILLED not to see snatches or thrusters. Is there a Hopper Santa that I can write a letter to?

Kept it light and slow today…just can’t do2 rest days in a row.
